The tenant improvement project for Wilcox in Oakland, CA, transformed the workspace into a modern and functional area. The project started with demolition to clear the space, followed by new drywall installation and fresh paint that brightened the interiors. We upgraded the flooring to improve both its look and functionality. We also enhanced the electrical and mechanical systems for better efficiency. New glazing brought in more natural light, creating a welcoming work environment. We installed modern countertops and appliances in the kitchen area to improve usability. Custom millwork added appealing details throughout the space. To ensure security, we completed locksmith work across the facility. Overall, this project improved the Wilcox space to meet the needs of its users.
